2.Church regarded as a spiritual body,

a congregation.

3. Public divine worship in a church; a religious service

A church is a quiet place during mid-day. 
A church is a peaceful place during mid-day. 
And...the acoustics can be divine.
The feeling of playing alone  in an empty  
vessel is what appeals to me 
but there is so much deposited 'stillness' 
from its attendees that I don't feel alone. 
I forgot to mention...not to be picky, 
but it has to be a grand piano.
